Who we are

The register is run by Nige Ltd, a UK company. IZ4™ and Invariant Zero™ are our trademarks. Questions: hello@spoz2.do. Using the register means you accept these terms.

The deal

Free during the preview. Billing starts with 60 days' notice on the pricing page. Per workspace, monthly, cancel any time. We never charge silently.

Your account and content

You sign in with an emailed code or a passkey, so keep your email safe. Your IZ4, code and reports are yours. The public sees only what you preview and publish. Publish only what you have the right to, and never send false reports.

Our promises

• Humans first. Every IZ4, ours included, inherits Invariant Zero™, and nothing can weaken it.
• Our checks only ever advise. They will never block your build, your merge or your release.
• We do not grade you. There is no score, and there never will be.
• Money never buys a better card. A failed check looks the same on every tier.
• Miss a payment and nothing disappears. Your workspace goes read-only above the free allowance, and every card stays up.
• We never open a private repo, and we never reveal what a private IZ4 says. Our format cannot even carry the text, and nothing you send us goes near an AI model. A public repo we may check, but only to confirm its declared IZ4 is valid.
• Your data is not for sale. Close your account and we delete what is personal, keeping only what explains evidence you chose to publish.

The IZ4 badge licence

The IZ4 badge (the device, in this licence) certifies one thing: a valid IZ4 exists for your current revision. We licence it to you for that project. Keep it linked to your live card, do not alter it, and do not use it to imply more than the card says. If we revoke it, stop displaying it. Your card and history stay put.

Fair use, both ways

No impersonation, false evidence, attacks or misleading use. If that happens we may suspend the account and will say why. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will look properly.

The honest limits

An IZ4 file states what software is supposed to do. It does not make anyone follow it. If a person, an AI agent or any tool ignores, misreads or overrides an IZ4, that responsibility sits with them and with whoever runs them, not with Nige Ltd. We are not liable for anything that follows from it.

The preview is provided as is: no uptime promise yet, and features may change. The register reports what was submitted. It does not verify that software works, and a card is never a guarantee of quality or safety. Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months, except where UK law says otherwise.

Changes and endings

Close your workspace or withdraw a card whenever you like. Material changes to these terms are posted here with notice. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Talk to us first, though. Almost everything can be fixed with an email.
